Information Collected and Use
The wRatings Website collects information through subscriptions and online interviews. During the subscription enrollment process, we ask you to submit name, email address and other information.
This website is also utilized to conduct short interviews with subscribers to match them with their ideal providers. During the interview process, the website will record your responses. We may also ask for a variety of other information to better guide your matches. wRatings does not share personally identifying data with third parties except when required by law or other legal process, and wRatings will never sell your personal data without your permission.
At wRatings, we recognize that your information is personal and we will not disclose any information without notice unless we are required to do so by law. We will not sell, exchange, or release any individual identifying information (such as names, email addresses or profile data) to any third parties without prior permission from you. While individual information is not provided to our clients without your consent, aggregated data from our interviews may be shared with our clients and the general public from time-to-time. This anonymous information is not linked to any personal information and is used to analyze usage trends and statistics as well as to help us provide you with the best customer service. The Website is also utilized to conduct surveys with its membership panel solely at the discretion of wRatings. Each individual can join only once by using a single email address. Any individual found joining the panel more than once by submitting multiple email addresses will be subject to having all memberships revoked, and wRatings will suspend and revoke all current and past gift rewards.
During the survey process, the website will record your responses including your demographic profile information. We may also ask for a variety of other demographic information to pre-qualify a member for participation in surveys. Because our clients seek the opinions of various demographic groups, membership alone does not guarantee that you will be selected to participate in a particular survey. We do not share personal data with third parties except as necessary to carry out its business or as required by law or other legal process, and we will never sell your personal data without your permission.
Panel respondents are typically pre-qualified on a random selection basis, and joining the Consumer Panel program does NOT guarantee that you will receive offers to participate in surveys. Prior to participating in a survey, panel invitations will inform you of any gift rewards that you may qualify to receive in the event you successfully meet and complete all survey requirements. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the ability to pass our post-validation assessment of your answers. This assessment ensures that the data we receive is genuine, and wRatings reserves the right to deny payment of any gift rewards if your responses do not pass our post-validation assessment.
If you would no longer like to be part of our Panel community, you can de-activate your panel membership via the My Account page at any time. By submitting personal data to us, you acknowledge and agree with the foregoing. You may also change, update or correct your information via the My Account page at any time.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of data, wRatings implements various technical and operational measures. This website uses state-of-the-art technology to protect against loss, misuse, or alteration of subscriber information.
