Gary is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of W Ratings. He was previously the CEO of Miller-Williams, a joint sales training and research firm based in Sand Diego, CA, that he started with Robert B. Miller, co-author of Strategic Selling and co-founder of Miller-Heiman Inc. He also serves as a mentor for the Conscious Venture Lab, a venture capital firm. He has helped start and sell three different firms in the software and consulting industries. He has worked in leadership positions for Glaxo, Capgemini, Kanbay, Adjoined Consulting, the Sentry Group, and Sykes Enterprises. He started his career as an intern for IBM, where he was a fourth-generation employee. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa.
Travis is the chief architect of the W Ratings platform and leads all software development efforts at W Ratings. He is an expert in software development with more than 20 years in the industry working with Fortune 500 companies and large organizations across the country.
Travis holds a B.S. from the Florida State University.

He has been a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 executives, government agencies, and startups, with a focus on helping teams understand customers and build dynamic, high-performing organizational cultures.
Gerry is the Founder & Managing Director for NextArc Leadership Solutions, LLC.
His career spans 30+ years and includes a diversity of experience in senior
corporate positions and successful business start-up and scale-up ventures in
the electronic information, financial services, and professional services industries. He has experience in competitive business-to-business and business-to-consumer
markets with senior executives for corporations including Bank of America, Merck,
JPMorganChase, Colfax Corporation, ESAB, National Gypsum, KeHE Distributors and
New England Sports Network (NESN) and with private equity firms, including
Thomas H. Lee Partners, MTN Capital Partners, and Caltius Capital Management.
